Ausmectin Oral Sheep Drench 1 Litre

Broad Spectrum oral antiparasitic solution for control and treatment of ivermectin sensitive internal parasites including roundworms, nasal bot and itchmite of sheep.

1 Litre Bottle

• Ivermectin 0.8 g/L and Selenium 0.4 g/L. For the treatment and control of Ivermectin sensitive strains of internal parasites, nasal bot and itchmite of sheep and to provide selenium supplement in selenium deficient areas.

  Dosage & Administration
  A representative sample of animals should be weighed before treatment.
  Dose the mob to the heaviest animals by liveweight in each group (ewes, wethers, rams, lambs). Do not underdose. Where there is a large variation in size within the group, dose rate should be based on the label directions for each weight range. Drafting into two or more lines may be appropriate, to avoid excessive overdosing.

  Resistance may develop to any drench. Ask your local veterinary practitioner or animal health adviser for recommended parasite management practices for your area to reduce development of resistance.
  It is advisable that a drench-resistance test be conducted before any drench is used.

  Ausmectin Liquid is administered orally using any standard drenching equipment or any equipment which provides a consistent dose volume. Equipment should be checked before use. Administer at the rate of 2.5 mL per 10 kg.
  Withdrawal Period

  MEAT: DO NOT USE less than 10 days before slaughter for human consumption.
  MILK: DO NOT USE in lactating ewes or within 28 days of lambing where milk or milk products may be used for human consumption.

  EXPORT SLAUGHTER INTERVAL (ESI): DO NOT SLAUGHTER for export within 10 days of treatment
